n 999 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to n 999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and n 999 ("the Company", "we", "us") governing all use of the n 999 platform, website, and related services accessible at n999-bangla.com. By creating an account on n 999, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If there is any part of these Terms you do not understand or do not agree with, please do not use n 999. You can contact our support team at any time for clarification before registering — they are available 24 hours a day in both Urdu and English, and explaining our policies clearly is something we take seriously.

n 999 is operated as a digital betting and gaming platform focused on serving Pakistani players. All transactions on n 999 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and n 999.

To open and use an n 999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. n 999 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts on n 999.
• You must register using your own genuine personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information when registering violates these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

• You must not be self-excluded from n 999 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person when placing bets on n 999.

n 999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Verification may require submission of identity documents such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to n 999's satisfaction may be restricted or closed.

When you register an account on n 999, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n 999 account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. • One account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Account details must match your real identity — fictitious or borrowed identities are not permitted on n 999.
• You must update n 999 promptly if your contact details change.
• n 999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as suspicious and contact support.

All financial transactions on n 999 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). n 999 does not accept or pay in any foreign currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Deposits on n 999 are processed instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to two hours to reflect in your n 999 balance during standard banking hours. n 999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests submitted to n 999 are processed to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within 5–15 minutes in the vast majority of cases. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 4 hours. These timescales reflect n 999's internal processing times and may be subject to delays outside our control.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — n 999 does not allow third-party withdrawals.
• n 999 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where possible, be returned to the same method on withdrawal.
• n 999 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

Bets placed on n 999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market in addition to these general Terms. Market-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the n 999 platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on n 999:

• All bets must be placed through the official n 999 platform. n 999 does not accept bets placed via telephone, SMS, or any other unofficial channel.
• A bet is only confirmed once n 999 has issued a bet confirmation reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet should be treated as unaccepted and you should contact n 999 support.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing the bet on n 999.
• n 999 reserves the right to void bets where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, or where the outcome of an event was known before the bet was accepted (palpable error).
• Bets on matches that are abandoned or cancelled before the completion of the required minimum play are voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market on which the bet was placed has already been conclusively determined.
• In-play bets accepted by n 999 are final once confirmed, subject to the general voiding provisions set out above.
• Winnings are credited to the player's n 999 account balance automatically following settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timescales depend on when the official result is confirmed by the relevant authority.

n 999 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and accumulator insurance. Specific terms applying to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts — are detailed on the relevant promotion page within the n 999 platform.

The following general bonus terms apply to all n 999 promotions unless otherwise specified on the individual promotion page:

• Only one promotional bonus may be active on your n 999 account at a time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each n 999 promotion page.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the minimum odds requirement stated on the relevant promotion to contribute to wagering requirements.
• n 999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if it suspects abuse, including multi-accounting, bonus manipulation, or any form of arbitrage.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new n 999 players only, one per person, one per household, and one per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in bonus cancellation.
• Promotional free bets credited to an n 999 account expire if not used within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion.

• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on n 999 are real-time figures provided by the game developer. n 999 does not guarantee the accuracy of jackpot display figures at any given moment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on n 999. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of bonus funds, and in serious cases, forfeiture of the full account balance:

• Multiple accounts. Opening or operating more than one n 999 account in any name, or in collaboration with other individuals, is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse. Any systematic attempt to exploit n 999 promotional offers through multi-accounting, collusion, or other manipulation techniques is prohibited.
• Fraud and money laundering. Using n 999 to process proceeds of crime, to launder funds, or to conduct any fraudulent financial activity is a serious violation of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion and match fixing. Placing bets on n 999 where you have inside information about the outcome of the event, or where the event result has been manipulated in any way, is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Automated betting. Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with n 999 markets is prohibited unless n 999 has provided explicit written permission.
• Abusive behaviour. Threatening, harassing, or abusing n 999 staff members in any communication channel is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Chargebacks. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds to an n 999 account is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

n 999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by n 999.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or suspected use of stolen payment credentials.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 10.
• Death of the account holder — in which case, outstanding balances will be released to the estate subject to appropriate documentation.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in n 999's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by n 999 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the player that are not subject to any investigation will be returned within a reasonable timeframe following resolution of any outstanding issues.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so through the account settings section of the n 999 platform, or by contacting n 999 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance paid out to the player's registered payment method.

n 999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe that betting and gaming should be enjoyed as entertainment, and we invest in tools and processes that help our players maintain a healthy relationship with the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all n 999 account holders at no cost and with immediate effect when activated:

• Deposit Limits. Set a maximum amount you can deposit to your n 999 account per day, week, or month. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits. Set a maximum net loss over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, n 999 will suspend your betting activity for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders. Set alerts that notify you when you have been active on n 999 for a specified length of time.
• Reality Check. A regular on-screen notification showing how long you have been playing and your net win or loss during the session.
• Self-Exclusion. A minimum six-month self-exclusion that locks your n 999 account and prevents reactivation for the exclusion period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During the exclusion period, n 999 will not send you any marketing communications.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, n 999 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the n 999 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

n 999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical faults, or circumstances outside our control. n 999 is not liable for bets that could not be placed or managed during such periods.

• n 999 is not liable for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device failures that prevent a player from accessing the platform.
• n 999 is not responsible for any tax liability a player may incur in relation to winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.
• The total liability of n 999 to any individual player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the amount of stakes placed by the player in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

n 999 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or how n 999 operates — we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections that do not affect player rights may be updated without prior notice.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is shown at the top of this page. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your right is to close your n 999 account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of n 999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. n 999 operates its platform in accordance with all relevant applicable regulations and takes its compliance obligations seriously.

Any dispute between a player and n 999 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be raised formally in writing to the n 999 compliance team at the contact details provided in Section 14. n 999 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 20 business days of receipt.
